Panorama 1453 Museum

Å?ile – AÄŸva

It is a popular seaside town with magnificent natural beauties, which is connected to Şile district on the Black Sea coast of Istanbul and surrounded by the sea on one side and the stream on the other. It was founded on alluviums between Göksu and Yeşilçay streams, which flow into the Black Sea in Ağva, originating from the Çal hill of Izmit. The word Ağva means "Between two streams". Agva; It is in an important location with its creek, green, beautiful beach, sandy beach and natural beauties.

Saklı Göl / Å?ile

Saklı Göl which means Hidden Lake in Turkish, located in Kamandere Village in the Şile district of Istanbul, Saklı Göl has a kind of facility that nature lovers who want to get away from the crowd of the city will appreciate.

Fatih Grove

Fatih Korusu:Its former name was Otağtepe, and its new name is Fatih Grove Tema Vehbi Koç Nature Culture Center. You can watch the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge and the Bosphorus Bridge. The pillar of the second bridge, Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge, on the Anatolian side can be seen very clearly. It is one of the places where the Bosphorus view is the most beautiful. There is no cafe style place here. It is not possible to find the grove open after 17.30 in the evening. Since there is a peak in the hot summer days, the sun rays come directly, sometimes it can be disturbed inside it is not a closed space. 

Pierre Loti Hill

After visiting Eyüp Sultan Tomb, go to the right of the exit gate. At the end of the wall, turn right again and enter the road leading to the cemetery. After walking for 7-8 minutes, following the direction indicated by the plate attached to the corner of the second turnout, there are the tombs of the brothers Zübeyir Gündüzalp, Mustafa Nezihi Polat, Tahiri Mutlu, Sadullah Nutku, Bekir Berk on the slope of Eyüp Sultan Hill overlooking the creek. When you climb up again for 3-4 minutes, at the third turn, the road to the stairs leads to Necip Fazıl Kısakürek's tomb. As you finish the slope, proceed with the view. When you reach Pierre Loti, you can buy a cup of tea next to the hot bagel you bought from Eyüp.

HaydarpaÅŸa

It is the main railway station in the asian side of Istanbul. It was built between 1906-1908 by the order of Ottoman Sultan Abdulhamid II. This railway was heading to Baghdat.

Sultanahmet Mosque

It was build by the order of the Ottoman sultan Ahmed I. That’s why it is called Sultanahmed mosque by the locals, but as it was decorated by 21.000 pieces of blue tiles and so the main color of the interior of the mosque is blue, it is called as Blue Mosque by the foreign tourists. It was bult between 1609-1617.

Maiden Tower
